1. Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
    1. When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/Shopchillz before delivery (Please read our Cancellation Policy as belows)
    2. If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
    3. If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy
    4. In case you want to replace the product, as per our Replacement policy


2. Refund depends upon the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
    • ChillzBucks: 1 – 2 Business days
    • Net banking: 7 - 8 Business days,
    • Debit card: 7 - 8 Business days
    • Credit card: 10 - 15 Business days

3. Refund Initiate time.

For some orders, we initiate Refund after the returned product is delivered to the seller. In this case, we keep you informed of the timelines. In other cases, we initiate the Refund within 7 working days of receiving the product at our Centre.


4. Refund Declined

Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.


5. ChillzBucks Refund
    • Refund is done in the form of chillzBucks, when incorrect banking details are provided at the time of placing return request.
    • If chillzBucks are used while placing an order, the respective order will also be refunded in the form of chillzBucks.
    • If customer chooses for refund in form of chillzBucks.



6. ChillzBucks refund expiry

ChillzBucks refunded against Prepaid or COD order have no expiry date. 


7. Tracking Status of refund

In extreme cases, it takes up to 2 weeks for refund to reflect in your account after it has been initiated. However, refund in the form of ChillzBucks are credited within 48 hours of initiation.


8. Shipping charges for Return by self- shipment.

In case of Self-Shipment, Shopchillz will reimburse the courier charges (upto Rs. 300) in form of chillzBucks.


9. Process to cancel order.

For cancellation of order buyer has to submit cancellation form or write to shopchillz.com/helpdesk


10.Order cancellation by shopchillz.

Under some rare situations, Shopchillz or any of our sellers can also raise an order cancellation request.These situations could be –

    • Product out of stock with the seller
    • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount
    • Incorrect pricing or description of the product
    • Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department
    • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address
    • Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers of the *Order Transfer Marketplace

*In case of order cancellation by a seller due to non-availability of the product, we would transfer your order to another seller, who can fulfill your requirement.If your order is not fulfilled by our seller after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy mention above. we will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason. 11. Modify Order

You can modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Kindly contact us at Shopchillz.com/helpdesk for any modifications.


12.Changing quantity of order

You may request to modify your order before it has been shipped. You can track your order status at Shopchillz.com/aftership/trackingnumber 

    • COD Orders:It is relatively simple to change the quantity of COD orders as the payment will be collected at the time of delivery
    • Prepaid Orders:If you wish to reduce the quantity of a prepaid order, contact us at Shopchillz.com/helpdesk. The balance amount will be refunded to your bank account or to your Shopchillz account in the form of ChillzBucks.

To increase the quantity of a prepaid order, we recommend you to place a new order for the same product.
